We are delighted to invite you to a magical evening under the stars. “E uscimmo a riveder le stelle” is a memorable event for astronomy enthusiasts and for anyone who wishes to be enchanted by the beauty of the night sky.

On the night of San Lorenzo, Sunday, August 10, at 9:00 PM , the Montecatini Val di Cecina Mine will become a place of wonder and contemplation with “E uscimmo a riveder le stelle” a special evening dedicated to stargazing and the fascination of astronomy.

Guiding us through constellations, planets, and celestial myths will be the Gruppo Astrofili Volterra Gian, taking us on a captivating journey between science and awe. The experience will be enriched by theatrical readings curated by Centro Artistico Il Grattacielo APS, weaving words and imagination beneath the stars in a poetic dialogue with the cosmos.

The evening will be preceded by two not-to-be-missed moments:

• 6:30 PM – Guided tour of the mine with a reduced ticket price of €7
• 8:00 PM – Outdoor apericena (light dinner) by La Terrazza sul Borgo, offering a taste of local flavors before we turn our eyes to the sky (cost: €20 per person)
