An event designed for those who wish to reconnect with their body and breath in a place rich in history and atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The body expression workshop, led by <strong>Danilo Righetti<\/strong> \u2014contemporary dance teacher, actor, and choreographer\u2014is a free activity open to everyone, with no prior experience required.<br>Through simple and accessible exercises, participants will be guided on a journey to rediscover balance, presence, and attentive listening, in harmony with the evocative mining environment surrounding the encounter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of the workshop, those who wish may join a <strong>brunch featuring local products<\/strong> curated by<strong>Azienda Agricola La Solitaria<\/strong> (\u20ac15.00 per person).
