Querceto Christmas

A day of magic, traditions, and flavors in the heart of the village

Christmas arrives early in Querceto, transforming the village into a small enchanted world where scents, lights, and music fill the streets from the very first hours of the morning. On Sunday, November 23rd, starting at 10:00 AM, Querceto comes alive with artisan markets, local producers, and many activities designed for both adults and children.

Among the stalls, you’ll find handmade creations, zero-kilometer products from the territory, traditional sweets, and warm herbal teas for a cozy break. Children can enjoy a creative workshop and a small theatre just for them, while the air fills with the aromas of street food, pizza, hot sandwiches, soup, zonzelle, desserts, and freshly roasted chestnuts. And of course, mulled wine will be there too.

For nature lovers, the day begins at 8:30 AM with trekking led by Lorenzo: a 9-km nature trail (medium/difficult level) exploring the landscapes around the village.

Music will accompany the entire event thanks to the Jrifolkoni, Marco Farinella, and DJ Boccale, creating the perfect atmosphere to embrace the Christmas spirit.
At 3:00 PM, Santa Claus will make his appearance, delighting children and families alike.
Finally, at 5:00 PM, the enchanting Christmas Concert will take place inside the Church of San Giovanni Battista, featuring Saura Piunti and the Menestrelli di Querceto Choir, accompanied by Marco Farinella.

A rich, authentic, and heartfelt event: part of the proceeds will be donated to charity.
