A Dinner in the Mine

On Saturday, November 22nd at 19:30 a special evening awaits you inside the historic Copper Mine of Montecatini Val di Cecina: a rare opportunity to experience the territory through a journey back in time, among memories, flavors, and evocative atmospheres.

The experience begins with a guided tour through the ancient tunnels—an engaging path that reveals the work of the miners, their techniques, stories, and the many curiosities hidden underground. After the tour, dinner will be served in the unique setting of the mine’s former offices, now transformed into an atmospheric and authentic space.

In collaboration with the restaurant La Terrazza sul Borgo, the evening features a menu inspired by local and Tuscan tradition, created to highlight simple, genuine ingredients.
